We’re looking for an experienced Customer Insights Advisor to join our team in Acacia Ridge, Brisbane to elevate the customer experience (CX) across all Hastings Deering channels and contribute to business growth through data-driven insights! This is a Permanent, Monday to Friday role.

What you’ll be doing:

As a Customer Insights Advisor at Hastings Deering, you will:

  • Analyse customer feedback and Marketing performance to assess ROI, identify trends, optimise campaigns and continue to shape our customer experience.
  • Champion Marketing and CX reporting in the business, through reports, dashboards and presentations tailored to internal stakeholders.
  • Lead or coordinate qualitative and quantitative research to inform CX and Marketing plans.
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance customer experience initiatives.
  • Oversee end-to-end NLS survey administration, liaising with providers (e.g., Qualtrics, IPSOS) and ensuring compliance with business rules.

What you’ll need:

A successful teammate will have experience in:
Essential:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or equivalent.
  • Relevant level of experience in CX, Marketing, or research roles within large organisations.
  • Strong skills in quantitative and qualitative analytics for insights and decision-making.
  • Expertise in business information management and reporting.

Desirable:

  • Experience implementing CX solutions aligned to business objectives.
